Welcome to Deluna4D. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Deluna4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting services accessible at deluna4d.cam and its associated domains.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Deluna4D, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement and applies regardless of any lower legal threshold in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law, and you accept personal responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Deluna4D or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Deluna4D or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not been convicted of fraud, money laundering, or any offence involving dishonesty that could affect your eligibility to use a licensed gambling platform.

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) Account on Deluna4D. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. The information you provide must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. Deluna4D will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Notify Deluna4D support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with other online services.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.

Deluna4D accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT, and BTC. Supported methods may vary from time to time; please refer to the Cashier section of the platform for the current list.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to another person — including family members — will result in account suspension and a return of the deposit to the originating source.

Deluna4D does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose fees on their end; Deluna4D has no control over or liability for such charges.

Funds credited to your account must be used for gambling activity on the platform. Depositing funds without genuine gambling intent, for the purpose of money laundering, currency exchange exploitation, or any other improper purpose, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, Deluna4D will process withdrawals to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the player's registered name.

All withdrawals require a fully completed and approved KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC approval will be held in a pending state until verification is completed. The standard KYC process takes between 24 and 48 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Standard processing time: within 5 minutes for approved MYR bank transfers during operational hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: processed within 1–4 hours subject to network confirmation times.
• Deluna4D does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts; however, third-party network or bank fees may apply.

Deluna4D reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 per transaction or where patterns of activity suggest unusual or suspicious behaviour. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases, and processing timelines may be extended accordingly.

Deluna4D offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have passed age verification (21+) and completed account registration.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Certain games may contribute a reduced percentage — or zero — toward satisfying wagering requirements. This information is detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Deluna4D reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that players who have already claimed the offer are not retrospectively disadvantaged.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or abuse of promotion mechanics, will be voided and associated accounts suspended.

All games and betting markets offered on Deluna4D are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, accessible within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to individual bet settlements.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in real time, subject to studio oversight and independent auditing protocols.

Sports betting odds are set at Deluna4D's discretion and may change up to the moment a bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. In the event of obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds materially inconsistent with market prices — Deluna4D reserves the right to void affected bets.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted as in-play bets or voided, at Deluna4D's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. Limits are displayed before bet confirmation.
• Winnings on voided bets are returned to the player's Account balance at the staked amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Deluna4D platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any mechanical or digital device to interact with the platform without direct human control.
• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute claims with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, gain unauthorised system access, or interfere with the platform's integrity in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Deluna4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Initiation of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Instruction or requirement from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or payment processor.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, Deluna4D reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned and no wrongdoing is confirmed, they will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Deluna4D support. Voluntary closure does not waive any pending KYC obligations or override any active self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deluna4D, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or potential winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or maintenance downtime.
• Losses arising from your own gambling decisions, strategies, or wagering activity.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

Deluna4D's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or MYR 1,000, whichever is lower.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Deluna4D is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection and verification of identity documents during KYC, the processing of transaction data for payment and fraud prevention purposes, and the analysis of betting activity for responsible gambling monitoring.

Deluna4D does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers that are contractually bound to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards, and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

Your continued use of the Deluna4D platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deluna4D holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and Deluna4D, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in the first instance to our Customer Support team, providing full details of the issue, the amount in dispute, and any supporting evidence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, it may be referred to independent arbitration or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Deluna4D will provide details of the applicable ADR mechanism upon request.
